Painting & drywall
- Interior Painting Yes, we can still hand roll our residential paint. Prep includes cleaning the surface, replacing wood rot, caulking and repairing holes before painting.
- Exterior Painting Exterior painting with full preparation: cleaning the surface, replacing wood rot, caulking and repairing holes before painting.
- Drywall Repair From a simple hole patch to repairing drywall and wood trim as part of a larger job, finished so the repair disappears.
Repairs
- Electrical Repairs We can replace old worn out sockets and troubleshoot faulty sockets, and install fixtures, lighting, sockets and small appliances.
- Plumbing Repairs We will replace that faucet, stop that leak, even install the sink. We replace toilets and clear clogs.
- Door Installation and Repair Add new curb appeal by replacing that front door, or maybe adding a screen or security door. Interior or exterior.
- Wood Rot Repair We replace wood rot as part of our paint preparation, and as a repair in its own right.
- Deck Repair Deck board, rail and post repair, wood rot replacement, and refinishing to keep the weather out.
- Roofing and Roof Repair Leaks, lifted shingles, worn flashing and storm damage - found at the roof rather than guessed at from the stain on the ceiling.
- Patio and Concrete Repair Cracked, sunken and crumbling concrete - patios, walkways, steps and drives - repaired section by section rather than all torn out.
- General Repairs We are prepared to fix almost anything around your home, from a simple hole patch to leaky gutters.
