Handyman Services in Overland Park, KS
We are prepared to fix almost anything around your home, from a simple hole patch to leaky gutters.
About handyman services
Most homes carry a running list of small jobs that never quite justify calling someone out. We take that list. From a simple hole patch to leaky gutters, the repairs that sit unfinished for months are exactly the work we are set up for, and there is no job too small for us to tackle.

What it costs
What moves the price on a handyman job
Every job is different, so we will not pretend a number on a website means anything until we have seen yours. What we can tell you is what we look at when we work one out — and the estimate itself is free either way.
- How many jobs you have waiting - a batch of small repairs in one visit costs less per job than calling us out repeatedly
- Whether anything has to be taken apart to reach the problem
- What we find once we open it up, particularly wood rot behind trim or siding
- Materials, where a fitting or fixture has to be matched to what is already there

Common questions
Handyman Services questions we get asked
Can you do several unrelated jobs in one visit?
That is the normal way we work. Write the whole list down - the patch in the hallway, the gutter, the door that sticks - and send it with the form. One visit for six small jobs costs less than six visits, and it means the list is finished rather than shortened.
What kinds of repairs count as handyman work?
General household repairs: patching holes, touching up paint, leaky gutters, wood rot, storm and screen doors, drywall and wood trim, weatherizing before winter. If it is bigger than that we will tell you which of our other services it belongs under, and the estimate covers it either way.
Is my job too small?
No job is too small or too large for us to tackle. A good part of our work is the jobs other contractors would rather not take, and customers tell us that is why they call us back.
How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. Call us or send the form and we will arrange a time to come out, look at the job properly and give you a price in writing.
Does sending photos help?
A lot. Photos let us judge the scope and the materials before we arrive, which makes the estimate more accurate and sometimes saves a visit altogether. Text or email them over and we will factor them in.
